• Housing maintenance / refurbishment.
• Furniture / soft Furnishings.
• Communal Gardening.
• Renewal of kitchen and household equipment.
• Housing management support including emergency contact details for  housing related issues.
• Heating and appliance repairs.
• Our property rental costs.
